Pet Policy

No more than 2 animals are allowed per apartment.  Aggressive breeds and exotic animals or BIRDS are not allowed. See list below for animals not allowed. The pet fee for 1 pet is $500 (non-refundable). Pet fee for 2 pets is $700 (non-refundable). Pet rent is $20 per pet monthly.  Contact the office to find out more details.

Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease. RESTRICTED ANIMAL/BREED LIST (included but not limited to) Breeds of Dogs:Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Doberman, Chow Chow, Terriers (Staffordshire), Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds Poisonous Animals: Tarantulas, Piranhas Exotic Animals: Reptiles (snakes, iguanas) Ferrets, Skunks, Racoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws) (Note: Service/Companion animals may not be subject to this list)
 

Restrictions do not apply to qualified assistance animals with documentation in accordance with HUD and Fair Housing Act guidelines. Please contact our leasing team for more information.

PetScreening

All residents are required to complete a PetScreening profile prior to move-in, regardless of pet status—this includes household pets, assistance animals, or no pets. Residents with household pets must pay a non-refundable annual fee of $30 per pet. Profiles must be kept current and are subject to annual renewal. PetScreening will verify assistance animal documentation in accordance with HUD and Fair Housing Act guidelines. All animals are subject to approval.
